By accessing the Site, submitting a quote request, or opting into text messages or email communications from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or engage our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Site or requesting information or services from Bome Home, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, that any information you provide is accurate and complete, and that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. 3. Use of the Site

You may use the Site to learn about our services, request insurance quotes, contact us, and access publicly available information. You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information;

4. Insurance Quote Disclaimer

Any insurance quote provided by Bome Home Insurance Group — through the Site, by email, by phone, by SMS, or in person — is an estimate based on the information you provide and information obtained from third-party sources such as motor vehicle reports, credit-based insurance scores, and prior claims history. Quotes are not binding offers of insurance and are subject to change based on carrier underwriting, verification of information, and applicable law.

Coverage is not in force until: (1) the applicable carrier has approved your application, (2) you have paid any required premium, and (3) you have received a binding confirmation in writing from Bome Home or the carrier. Do not cancel any existing insurance coverage until you have received written confirmation that new coverage is in force.

We do not guarantee that any particular carrier will offer coverage, that quoted premiums will remain available, or that claims will be paid. Claim decisions are made solely by the applicable carrier under the terms of the policy.

5. SMS / Text Messaging Program Terms

By providing your mobile phone number to Bome Home Insurance Group and consenting to receive text messages, you agree to the following SMS program terms.

Program Purpose

The Bome Home SMS program is used to communicate with prospects and clients regarding insurance quotes, policy updates, renewal reminders, service notifications, appointment confirmations, and related account communications. This is not a marketing broadcast program; messages are transactional and relationship-based.

Opt-In

You opt in to receive SMS communications by checking the consent box on our quote request form, by providing your mobile number to an agent, or by texting us first. By opting in, you provide prior express written consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) for Bome Home Insurance Group to send you SMS messages, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system, for the purposes described above.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. You may receive messages related to a specific quote request, ongoing policy service, renewal windows, or claims. Typical message volume is fewer than 10 messages per month per matter.

Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier's plan. Bome Home does not charge you a fee to receive or send SMS messages, but your carrier may.

Opt-Out

You can opt out of the SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one final confirmation message and will not send you any further SMS messages unless you opt back in. You can rejoin the program by texting START or by providing consent through a new quote request.

Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is supported by all major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent Is Not a Condition of Purchase

Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any insurance product or service from Bome Home Insurance Group.

6. Email Communications

By providing your email address to Bome Home, you consent to receive email communications from us related to insurance quotes, policy service, renewals, and general account communications. You can opt out of non-transactional emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, replying to any email with "unsubscribe," or contacting us at Insurance@BomeHome.com. Transactional emails related to active quotes, policies, or claims may continue as required to service your account.

7. User Representations

You represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old;
• All information you provide to us — whether through the Site, by SMS, email, phone, or in person — is accurate, current, and complete;
• You are the authorized user of any phone number or email address you provide;
• Your use of the Site and our services does not violate any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

8. Intellectual Property

The Site and all content on it — including text, graphics, logos, images, and the underlying HTML, CSS, and JavaScript — are owned by or licensed to Bome Home Insurance Group and are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
